Isnt it completly abandoned at this period in tamriel history? They already just broke lore with anvil so i would very much not like to see there current version of that area

Not completely abandoned, ESO starts roughly 10 years after the invading Akaviri army was defeated. In what way specifically is the lore for Anvil broken?

My thoughts were that if ZOS implemented it there could be some kind of portal that takes you through time to the time of Morrowind.,A quest perhaps or a delve with a door.

No, it's not abandoned. It's set up as a Temple preserve, and the Temple has a sanction on settlement and development, but we know that Balmora, Suran, Ald'ruhn, Gnisis, Sadrith Mora, Tel Aruhn, Tel Mora, and of course, Vivec City, all exist in this time period.

Also, what's wrong with Anvil? How did they break the lore there? I don't think we knew anything about Second Era Anvil previously.

Hmmm, I hope Tel Fyr is in. I'm fairly certain old Divayth actually lived through the time of Nerevar and company, so he should definitely be around right now.
