Champion points in Cadwell's Silver and Gold: A (theoretically) easy adjustment

Many people here have already noted that for players with high CP, the moment an alternate character reach max level, they are raised to that accounts CP cap. This is excellent, and really helps alleviate the post 50 grind.

However, with the new scaling changes to zones past 50, it also means that an alt will have very few places to go for experience, either for leveling other skill lines, or just for questing without face rolling the content. This is because the scaling currently only takes into account the monsters level, and the total CP level of the account.

I propose that instead of reading the accounts total CP value, the XP rewards take into account the monster level and the NUMBER OF CHAMPION POINTS THAT CHARACTER HAS SPENT. This allows acounts with lots of champion points to control their power level and XP gain. It allows vets to scale down their character to 50 to play with friends. It allows players that have skipped zones or quests to go back and do them without worrying about lack of xp, or overly easy content.

Can anyone think of any negative impacts of this? I can't, and would appreciate some criticism. I think this is a quick and simple way to fix things that allows ZOS to keep all of the hard work they did on the vet rank removal, while also allowing for players to take advan Tage of the CP system in a way that suits them.
