How much ultimate does it generate? For example on a gold weapon.

It has a 17% chance for getting an extra Ultimate for every gain on a gold 1-handed . For example , when you light attack , you gain 3 ultimate per second . There is a 17% chance that you will gain 4 . This works on other Ultimate gains as well . Minor Heroism , Tava's Favor , Blood Spawn etc.

Did you actually tested it on PTS ?

Especially that the 17% (or 34% on a two-handed weapon) is also functioning on "other" than the "normal 3 ultimate" gain is quite interesting !
