Does Velacious Curse/Daedric Prey still cancel with bar switch?

Howdy PC PTS users,
I'm really hoping ZoS has done something about this ability and it's bar switch cancel, have they?
If any sorc could real quick through curse on their back bar and switch to front bar, then spam a move and see if the curse is cancelled?
