well as an update another 3 players in my endgame guild are now playing other games because of this excessive RNG

If "Your Guild Members" would have gotten the gear on the first run they would have left anyway out of being bored.

I have had over 40+ players on my friends list leave over No text chat and the broken CP system. Now those are things to actually leave the game over.. Leaving over not getting gear easily is certainly NOT and it makes you look like a spoiled baby.

There IS a middle ground between getting everything on the first try and not getting stuff for months of grind.
Its not about getting stuff super fast, its about being able to get it reliably.

Thing is CasualScrollsOnline is just to easy...
If the game did not play like "BabiesFirstMMO" and every bit of content was not just a DPS race and the content required mechanics and teamwork then there would not need to be such a hard core RNG on loot.

ZOS has to have some way of holding the carrot out in front of us. So is the game is this easy then the only answer is a jacked up RNG I know it is lame, but it is the choice they have made.

Anything useful that players are wanting added into the game all fall under the category of "Yer ruinin my 'mersion!" Sallington

which is exactly what i want gear gated behind a challenge not layers of rng . so that good players with little time have a chance at loot and those less experienced have incentive to get better. rather than as it stands perfecting your rotation etc and still not getting any reward. I have a perfect traited maelstrom staff now but stand by my earlier statements that a true RNG system is inherently unfair to outliers.

Lag and infinite loading screens are my two greatest woes for ESO as it stands, and they've been here since the beginning with zero effort to repair.

I would have been fired from my job for letting something so bad go on for so long.

I had infinite load screens but for me and my guild seems fixed now. Sorry to hear you still having this issue. But yeah in my op I said lag is no 1 issue but for my friends at endgame this is issue no 2.

It is too easy, and its a result of people crying about it. Zos is quite incoherent in their decision.
Im against any difficulty nerfs, but I would really like to see more user-friendly loot system.
This would make the game more appealing to both casual and hardcore players - after all, 100s of runs of dumbed down content is still a *** of time, which is still too much for a not very dedicated player. And on the other hand, there are hardcore players who want certain vMA weapons and cant get them since Orsinium release, so they're grinding that solo arena instead of doing what they like the most - runs fro highscores or pvp.
