So...when will sorc shields NOT be god mode?

so i was bored and had a few minutes earlier so decided to have at what kinda shield i would have on my PvE sorc,

now remember this sorc is built for PvE therefore its focus is on max magicka and damage, i left on bound and inner for more magicka, so have a look at the strength of my 'god mode' shield with and then check out things like rejen max stamina etc etc
