I agree with the sentiment about the Alkosh synergy drawbacks. Adding to that point, another tricky part of synergy use is when the synergies overlap each other and change, don't work when pressed, or only show up after moving around.
Standard, Nova, Orbs all require some fidgeting around to find alot of the time and I would argue that positioning is one of the most important aspects of tanking. We should be playing ESO, not synergy finder.

3010 armor and spell resit reduction is equal to 6.02% increase damage, a mob's mitigation value unlike a player's is 500 Armor and Spell resist = 1% mitigation, instead of 660. Mobs are capped at stat values of level 50 entities. 3010/500 = 6.02% increased damage, assuming they have exactly or more than 3010 Physical and Spell reduction after being hit.

That is pretty cool. Do you happen to know the amount of armor and spell resist that Maw and SO bosses have?
