Didn't get converted CP, skill points, or attributes

I logged into the PTS but found that my CP, skill points, and attributes were the same as they are on the live server. According to the release notes, we should get additional skill points and attributes for levels that are multiples of 5, and we should get 2.5 CP per vet level for our highest level character. My highest is level vet 8, so I should have gotten 20 extra CPs. And since that character is level 50, I'd have thought he should receive 7 extra skill points and attributes as well (ie. 15 - 8, as in the difference between what he has and what he should have for being level 50).

VR to CP conversion isn't working on PTS if i remember it right, it's something like handcrafted script which will run after megaserver update only once.I logged into the PTS but found that my CP, skill points, and attributes were the same as they are on the live server.
