Serpent Sets: I have lots of questions

The Serpent Sets are in the character templates and are previous game sets, re-released for Dark Brotherhood as V16 CP160. I have questions, because I WANT.
Sets are:
(Bind on Equip) Dreugh King Slayer, Elegance, Knightmare, Shadow Dancer's Raiment, Skirmisher's Bite, Viper's Sting.
(Bind on Pickup) Eternal Yokeda, Infallible Aether, Vicious Ophidian.
1. Where do they drop? Is it only Sanctum Ophidia? "Items and Weapon sets obtained in this Trial have been updated to max level, which is now Champion 160."
2. Where do the BoE sets drop?
3. Are there jewellery/weapons as part of any of those sets?
Please, I HAVE TO KNOW.
