Bugged attribute points?

I logged into my Vet 4 NB on the PTS and she only had the 52 attribute points she has on live. Is that intended or is there going to be a reimbursement when patch goes live. I also noticed I wasn't awarded extra skill points.

    This also crossed my mind.

    I have a V2 and a few V16's so was wondering about how you get the attribute/skill points from levelling between V1-V16

    Think there was a ZOS reply to one of the other threads saying this was a bug.

    When it goes live it should be the full amount.

    I've said it before. Visit a shrine, refund your attributes and you'll get all 64 back.
