So... I went out my way to test this. I have to say i am impressed.

- Both the main target and local target take crit dmg
- When one mob is at excute phase and other isnt, it still takes the massive bonus dmg.
- Hits more than 6 mobs.
- Its... actually good

The direct hit range in 5m. I tested it to hit beyond 7m with the splash damage AoE.2 -

Agreed, I thought the change was crap. 80% however, will get me to change over to it.1
