Failed ticket

Hello guys, so, i lost access to my account email because outlook blocked it for some reason, i can t log in the eso account because i need the access code that has been send to my email which i cant access. I send ticket asking for help with my personal info so i can change the email related to the account and they answered it pretty fast, about 1 hour i guess. The problem is that at some point they told me that they would change departments, and i have not heard from anyone at zeny for about 4 days and couting. Is that normal?
