District Capture affect anything except TV Stones?

Absolutely loving that they're revisiting the Imperial City, just wondering if there will be an overall effect on PvP beyond being able to get TV Stones. Any bonuses planned for capturing all 6 districts? Capturing the two districts with entrances to your faction's section of the sewers? Inquiring minds simply must know!

    I think only ZoS can answer some of that, but last night I saw EP and AD had 3 zones each. The map icon showing claim had a tooltip showing 33% earnings for the faction holding it(i assume telvar stones). I don't know if that means 33% for just one, or because they had 3.

    Death in IC now means losing 50% of your stones from either source. Npc or player too. It'll be interesting for sure.

    It'd be nice to get a 10% Tel Var bonus per district captured for all districts (max 60%) rather than just 33% in the district that you've captured. Additional bonuses would be nice too similar to Cyrodiil bonuses.

    How about end-of-campaign rewards? Have a timer on the districts captured that award points to their respective alliance. At the end of the campaign the alliance with the most points gets a big Tel Var sack or Rewards of the Worthy type loot.

    They should add a bonus to AP gained in that district, which would give an incentive to defend districts.

    There should also be three flags per district, as opposed to one. To respawn in that district, your faction must own at least one flag, to keep other factions from spawning should be more than flipping one flag. Also, having multiple flags utilizes the whole district better, as players will fight between flags instead of just everyone rushing to one flag out in the open.

    I appreciate the effort in trying to revamp IC districts, but with no PvP rewards or incentives what is the point? It's just another PvE mechanic at that point.

    Three flags per district, each flag gives a 10% bonus to AP and TV. That would be much better than a system basically designed to further incentivize PVE in the districts.

    There's only three guards watching the flag so I was able to easily capture it solo. It also takes about as long to flip as taking a resource flag solo does. I think what it does is allows TV stone farmers a way to boost their gains when farming a particular district, and it also increases the likelihood of a pvp conflict in those zones.

    I wasn't about to kill a roaming boss, but I saw some Haxus peeps there, 4 or 5 of them, curious whether they made an attempt.

    Sure, but for now populations are still shared so I'm pretty worried about it.

    Sure, but for now populations are still shared so I'm pretty worried about it.

    Make IC it's own instance and problem solved. Then maybe it wouldn't feel so empty and it wouldn't take up queue spots.

    Also, the way the flags are set up is just going to lead to large groups running laps around the White Gold Tower.

    If you had more flags, it would promote smaller scale play, because you'd be better off splitting your groups into smaller pieces and hitting multiple flags at once.

    The simple answer is, ZOS wont change IC to have any actual impact on the alliance war because IC is a DLC you have to pay extra for.

    The obvious solution is, make IC free now that it's been out almost 8 months, then go about changing the districts so they are impactful to Cyrodiil, along with gated access.

    I'm somewhat concerned about ZoS introducing another positive feedback loop in PvP. WIll we see the return of "buff server" like situations because of this?
    Please stop making requests for game features. ZOS have enough bad ideas as it is!

    Btw you cant respawn in district safe points now but must respawn in alliance base in sewers and come back to district, for district respawn you need to control flag that will respawn you.

    So the whole point of the district capture is to make PvE farming more efficient?

    Ehm. All 6 flags owned give a 200% bonus to tel var total as it is now.
