Stamina vamp here that got hit with the nerf to Dark Stalker. I'm hoping the Devs can be convinced to change their minds about this change. It was an unnecessary change, IMO.
I'm a stam vampire too and I prefer the lvl 4,. I can see why the change was made, it's not unnecessary IMO.
Please explain why you feel that way. I would like to know why you feel that the stealth speed needs to only be available with the debuffs.

Perhaps I could ask the reverse to you, why should you get buffs for free?
