[BUG] Jewelry are showing double enchantment on previous VR16 characters (DB patch)

Hello:
Just noticed that my previous VR16 characters have their jewelry showing double enchantments. The first image shows you two jewelry sets with the problem. The second image compares two of the same set with the same enchantment but their effects are very different. Those images were taken from a my main char and its the same issue on all my other VR16 chars. However, on my lower veteran chars (VR1 to VR3) the jewelry effects appear correctly like in the third image (taken from a VR2 char).
@ZOS_GinaBruno can you confirm this is a visual bug or CP dependent issue? I don't see this problem mentioned on the "Know Issues" of DB patch notes.
