There are a bunch of interesting sets
one increases your weapon damage by 330 when flanking the Target.
My personal favorite..cause its hilarious
Telvar Set
Your Health/Stamina/Magicka is increased by like 600 I think it was or 900..Which is increased by 600% when you have the 4x Telvar Stone bonus
Telel did have a thought that it would let a stamina user off hand a reso stave and have a reasonable heal to back their group up with.
Now even us humble hammer users can mutagen leech for l33t AP earning!
I'll give props to the combat team, this was the first set I wanted to theorycraft with, and is one of the most interesting sets they've released thus far.
I was able to make a healer with ~4.5k wep and spell dmg in 5 medium. Super strong BoL and very viable vigor. The issue boiled down to resource management as you sacrifice everything to get your wep/spell dmg that high, and they increased the cost of all skills. Maybe a small-man healer can pull this off with honor the dead and be able to dodge roll all day at the same time.
Ran into similar issues on a storc trying to finally have a strong curse and mages wrath, though it worked better than the healer, I didn't like the low stam recovery.
I think the only one that could really pull it off is a stamblade because of siphon attacks. Could be a strong heal from funnel and run rapid regen or something on back bar. It'd have a strong capacity to stack HoTs, have 4.5k wep dmg surprise attacks and ambush, plus dawnbreaker.
inc proxy snipers.....
link
that sounds ridiculously overpowered
Set matches your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage to whatever the highest of your two is....
so basically if you have 4800 Weapon damage with this set...You will have 4800 Spell Power also.

The trouble is, all skills now cost more. You're resources deplete too fast and you find yourself out of juice from both pools mid fight. Might be OK on a zergling with steel tornado and Proxy Det or a pure DK tank? I don't know, doesn't work for Templar though.

They haven't provided details of much gear, just the set and 3 Agility jewelry w/ Arcane.
Gotta remember the increase in Damage values, 1 point is worth 10.45 of the resource pool.

Hmmm... I'm curious how they got the wep damage that high. Granted, it wasn't fully optimal (but pretty close), on PTS I was able to hit 4.5k running the this set with 3 agility (all wep dmg enchants), 1 kena, 3 dreug - on a DW with 5 medium armor. Slotted flawless dawnbreaker and another 1 or 2 FG skills and 4.5k was my ceiling.
Was he/she running warrior mundus or something? Or was that with continuous attack buff?

The bonus isn't OP from my point of view... the damage is way less because of the max magicka or stamina u'll still lack of but its awesome in a supportive way... i used it as Stamplar with honor of the dead and Radiant Destruction which was much fun on the pts yet... waiting to test it on my EU char with further adjustments.
I think this set is a super awesome idea and brings Hybrid attempts back. GJ ZOS!

@Zheg i've asked him to come here and explain for all

It's not a glass canon build (not in PvE anyway) but is it OP?? It's pretty damn awesome playing a Templar this powerful while out of my house!
NOTE: Says Breton Templar as that is the stats from the right, Dark Elf was slightly lower Magicka but more stamina and not used in the end. With Molag Kena it hits around 5070 SD, so higher with Clever if you don't mind popping potions.
