Imperial City Temple Tunic - on my female Imperial, the decorative flap at the front clips horribly into the skirt part of the tunic, even when standing still.

EDIT: Probably should add that I have assassin personality active, the stance of that personality may be relevant in some way.

EDIT AGAIN: Same female Imperial character - Cyrod Gentry's Town Gown - feet clipping through soles of sandals when running. Bare shoulders and arms look a bit blotchy (character has no scars or body markings).

Kind of disappointed at the level of detail on the 2 costumes I have looked at so far compared to previous gowns, they don't appear to have had as much love put into the design and detail.

For the additional character slots, I bought a new slot, created a new character, and then was surprised to see that character sort to the top of the list on the load screen. I expected it to sort to the bottom of the list like new characters did before, I don't want my main pushed down by the new characters.

Ideally, I'd love to be able to order my characters on the load screen, so I can sort them how I want to and not just have the in the order I created them.

Using an added character slot places the new character at the top of the list. Is this intentional? If so, not sure I like that. My main is in the top spot.

On PTS all the different costumes that were previously listed under "Adventure Wear", "Cultural Garb" and "Town and Trade" have all been bundled into "Costumes". I think this change was unnecessary, as it now makes the list very long, and it's harder to find what you're actually looking for.

This one discussed the fashionable adventures of her cousin Yennefer Claws in a post over in the other section.

    http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/262494/a-letter-from-the-gold-coast

Khajiit is largely impressed with the taste and style on offer in the Gold Coast. However the usual problem is that the colours are not always suited to this one. In time maybe the dyeing of costumes will help this.

This one was mostly especially impressed by the ornate Bosmer outfit. If that was in red then Santie would certainly consider it for a night of pretending to be noble to sneak into a castle for no reason at all.

This one loves the idea of that hats yes but does not really like any of the two hats currently on offer.

Love almost everything. Thanks for making the Z’en Vengeance Kiss-Me-Not Cap work with hair (not all hair, but still).

But the Silvenari Felt Bycoket not only hides the hair, it also clips with elven ears, which makes no sense because they are supposed to be worn by the Jaqspur according to the flavor text, and the Jaqspur are Bosmer.

But everything else is absolutely great. I love the costumes, love the wolf mount, the pets, everything. Amazing job.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

The wolf mount looks great and I like the running animation although the wolfs face doesn't really look like it's making much of an effort when sprinting.

I'm not sure about the wisdom of the howl being accompanied with the players toon raising their right hand at the same time. Given that Nazis used the wolfsangel symbol it seems odd that you'd choose this mount to be accompanied with this specific player animation.

Political correctness gone mad I know but thought it was worth a mention as it was the first thing that came to mind when I first saw it.

The new costumes are awesome! My favorite ones are Toxin Doctor and Treethane Ceremonial Dress. My graphics are on High only, but the detail and artwork of the Ceremonial dress is impressive. When you are running in it, the long skirt kind of looks like pants as the middle part is darkened - not sure if it's intended or not, it doesn't bother me either way. While mounted, the back flap is not folded under character's butt which shows off the artwork and makes looking at the character really pleasant while riding a mount. Toxin Doctor costume is just really cool and excellent for RP. Great job on those!

I personally didn't like neither one of the new hats as they cover face a lot, but I usually remove all hats altogether (Toxin Doctor costume might be the only exception now I think).

I've seen a couple NPCs who changed their regular clothes to new costumes in the Tree in Grahtwood, I think it was a red version of City Isle Tunic Dress or the new Gown - that was slightly unexpected since I don't remember any Imperials among NPCs. But well, fashion taste travels across all zones I guess :)

Additional Character slot has worked great so far, I really want to know how much it's going to cost on Live <3
Skye Cloude - Sorc DPS, Master Crafter. Main, the bestest
Lae Lenne - Templar Healer Trial grade.
Dromede - Stamina Nightblade, she's a newb and doesn't know what she's doing
V'oghatta - Stamplar pretending to be a tank
Ulville Thonvella - aspiring Fire Mage, be careful around her fire sticks!
Dromedaris - lost and not found. Named after a shoe, what else can you expect from her? A proper tank in her wildest dreams
Swims-Naked - too pretty to grind, too silly to quest.
Sun Flair - Dunmer Templar that can't spell for life. To bad she's too broke to afford a name change... Well, at least she's pretty...

Comprehensive Breakdown of Glorious Crown Store Additions

    Character Slots
    • Yes good. Many appreciate.

    Mounts
    • Wolf Mount
      • Very nice! The fist-pump during the howl is a delightful touch. Only weird thing is that during the howl, the mouth is just kind of fully-open instead of doing the lip-pursing that real wolves do. Running animation looks great.

    Pets
    • Sylvan Nixad
      • Really neat!! Never heard of this thing before, is it a new creature type? It's got a very unique design and fun little idle animations. Great addition.
    • Colovian Badger
      • Great design, always wanted a badger!
    • Sep Adder
      • Extremely cool, highly recommended for edgy teens and adults alike!

    Hats
    • Hats are not currently working with the Priest of the Green and Toxin Doctor costumes, the Vosh Rakh Ceremonial Mask simultaneously does not work with it and also deforms the face on Khajiit to squish it in for the Priest of the Green and deforms the hood on Toxin Doctor.
    • Silvenari Felt Bycoket
      • Pretty neat, not sure how much traction I could get out of it without dyes, though.
    • Z’en Vengeance Kiss-Me-Not Cap
      • Very evocative design. 10/10 would not kiss.

    Costumes
    • “Drifting Sand” Tunic and Sash
      • Wonderful design, but the dangly part of the belt clips all over the place when performing any kind of action.
    • “Vested Interest” Banquet Garb
      • Really as gorgeous collection of fabric, but there are a few issues. First, the vest portion adds about 8 inches in every dimension. My lower back looks like I tucked a bowling ball or something under there, my traps look like they have throw pillows on top of them, and the belt loops on the hips look way too big for the costume. This means that the already too-tight shoes look even smaller in comparison, like I'm the finest-dressed chicken in the hen house. This also has the problem of the clipping belt that's affecting the "Drifting Sand" Tunic and Sash. Lastly, the sleeves look a bit too large. Overall kinda gives me the feeling of a gorgeous marshmallow puff. If these sizing issues are fixed, this will be a remarkable costume, though!
    • City Isle Tunic Dress
      • Exactly as described: simply but elegant. I love the bracelet and necklace design, let alone the interesting pattern on the cloth! Only two minor problems: it makes a weird lump in the front just above the belt, might have gone overboard with it there, and it also clips significantly into the back of the leg when performing certain actions like sitting and crouching. Still a very solid choice!
    • Cyrod Gentry’s Town Gown
      • Oh my gay god, this is STUNNING!! The pattern, the colors, just... yes, beautiful. The tiniest of complaints: it's a little lumpy-looking on the front around the leg area. A minuscule blemish on a dazzling flower.
    • Desert Garden Gala Overdress
      • Looks beautiful, but something weird is going on with the arms. They way the folds work make it appear that my otherwise-muscular arms are completely flat!
    • Imperial City Temple Tunic
      • Definitely feels grandiose enough for the glamorous life of a Center-Of-The-Empire city clergy worker. Excellent attention to detail, good color choices (gives an "I work here, but I'm not in charge here" kind of vibe), looks exactly in line with what I imagine when I hear "Imperial design". That said, this garment suffers from major clipping issues for the flap in the front, even when just standing around. There is also a little clipping in the back of the legs when sitting, crouching, etc., and the modestly shadow is very abrupt, quite unlike the slightly more gradual fade for the City Isle Tunic Dress. Also makes my belly stick out a bit.
    • Priest of the Green
      • Gorgeously layered, lots of cool doo-dads hanging off of you, the hood is spectacular, but the whole thing looks immensely baggy around the legs and torso, especially on the back for my character. May need to adjust the geometry in those areas. As stated previously, does not work with Hats. The horn on the belt also clips a lot for some animations, but what can you do?
    • Rumare Waterfront Casual Wear
      • CAPRIS THO <3 Another A+ design, with a few nagging geometry issues. The embroidery on the arm holes clips a fair way into the arms on the bottom, there is minor clipping of the back of the leg when crouching, and the skirt portion is enormously distended, both back and front. There is also some weird white... scuffing? Maybe? It's on the very bottom of both the pants and tunic. The bottom of the tunic also does something a bit odd when using /sitchair, geometrically speaking. Also makes me look like I have a bit of a belly, similar to the Imperial City Temple Tunic.
    • Toxin Doctor
      • Gooooooooooood stuuuuuuuuuuuuufff! Very unique cut to the jacket, you should experiment more with that, I think. I love the little vials all over the place, who knew you could fit so many?? Might be a little baggy in all dimensions of the torso, but still absolutely great.
    • Treethane Ceremonial Dress
      • A very unique design, only part I might do differently are the four pendants around the neckline. They seem a bit large and out of place. This one also suffers from some weird body model changes. It makes it look like my chest hangs an extra foot lower than is anatomically possible and also gives me a small pregnant-belly lump. Men'Do might ignore Imperial gender norms, but having a litter of kittens is a step too far. Also, very unfriendly to all forms of /sit commands.

Really these are just all splendid additions, especially once the clipping and sizing issues are addressed.

    • Costumes
      • “Drifting Sand” Tunic and Sash
Looks okay on both male and female characters. I actually prefer it on females. But the belt flaps extremely annoyingly when jumping. More so than you would expect based on the gravity of Nirn. It also looks quite hilarious when riding. Does not otherwise clip the mount. I would consider buying this when the clipping issue is fixed.

      • “Vested Interest” Banquet Garb
Looks okay on both male and female characters. For some reason, the MC Hammer pants bother me a lot more on this costume than they do on the "Drifting Sand" outfit. Pretty sure the meshes are otherwise identical, so it must be something to do with the colour? Or the formal style of this one compared to the other? The belt does not flap annoyingly when jumping (only the amount which would be expected according to Nirn physics). However, it still flaps up when mounted. Does not otherwise clip the mount.

I don't know why, but the bright white stitching around the waistcoat (vest for you Americans) hurts my eyes. It seems far too bright in combination with the white of the linen shirt and the matt grey/black of the linen shirt. I feel as though the shirt should be whiter (less "dirty"? or "rumpled"?) and the bright white stitching should either be made less bright, or more silver. Also I personally don't like the brown with blue.

      • City Isle Tunic Dress
Looks okay on both male and female characters. The pattern of shading on the toes makes it look odd on female characters. The toenails are really bright, then there is a dark area around the toes themselves, then a really bright part at the, uh, knuckles(?) where the toes join the foot. I actually had to zoom in to check that my character hadn't gained or lost toes because it just looked so weird.

The fabric is nice but I am not a fan of the effect whereby as you turn the camera, the shading makes parts of the dress look dirty.
        oAj2n.jpg

      • Cyrod Gentry’s Town Gown
The mesh seems to give more tummy to both male and female characters. My female test char is plump so this isn't too bad, but my male test char isn't. I can imagine a tubby male character coming out looking like he's been abducted by aliens and impregnated! Also the skirt part of the costume clips through the saddle of all mounts that I tried (bear, guar, horse, senche, wolf).
        oAj3Q.jpg

I think this looks good on female characters but weird on male characters, even though it's designed as a unisex costume and isn't vastly different from a standard Roman toga. I tried it on my male Imperial and he just looked odd, and I'm not even sure I know why.

      • Desert Garden Gala Overdress
Obviously the same mesh as the Cyrod Gentry's Town Gown. The "extra tummy" effect isn't quite so offensive because this is clearly designed as an overdress and is supposed to make the character look bulkier than usual. The colours are great and the shiny fabric is lovely. However, on women I believe there is some degree of bust flattening going on. It actually looks better on men, e.g. on skinny Altmer mages it comes across as a fancy robe.

The skirt clips through saddles on both genders.

      • Imperial City Temple Tunic
Horrible clipping issues with the flappy part on both male and female characters.
        oAjjD.jpg

The flappy part is also completely ridiculous when mounted.
        oAj2N.jpg

Honestly, I wanted to like this - one of my characters is a Priest of the Divines and I thought this would be lovely as alternative wear. But I don't like the red/orange main colour of the robe, and the flappy apron thing (sorry, I don't know the proper Latin name for it) makes it look like armour even though it's supposed to be for everyday wear rather than combat. The same dress/robe minus the flappy thing would be 100% better.

      • Priest of the Green
This outfit is ridiculously bulky. I realise it's supposed to look like it's been stitched together from blankets, but it comes across as though my character is wearing full heavy armor and then a couple of duvets over the top. Unsurprisingly, the robe clips through all saddles.

I am also bothered by the strip of cloth across the mouth. I don't remember Speakers having this as I've gone through Valenwood. It's actually creepy.

I do, however, like the design and the colours. The bags and the hunting horn are interesting. I would consider buying this if the mesh was fixed to not be so incredibly huge.

      • Rumare Waterfront Casual Wear
This is GORGEOUS. I love it on men and women. The colours and fabric textures are great. It doesn't clip. The shiny parts are spectacularly shiny. It has no flappy bits. Will definitely buy.

      • Toxin Doctor
Very interesting look. More cyberpunk than anything I was expecting to see in an Elder Scrolls game. I'm not sure I can properly evaluate it because I'm trying to make it fit into established Lore and I can't, quite.

It looks okay on male characters but weird on female characters, due to the bust being simultaneously flattened and squashed outwards sideways. I'm guessing it was based on the "Corseted" Riding Outfit mesh, and therefore has the same bust issues as that costume.
        oAj5R.jpg

I would consider buying it for use on male characters, and possibly female characters if the bust issues were fixed.

      • Treethane Ceremonial Dress
Looks okay on both male and female characters. I particularly like that the flappy parts don't flap when you move or jump. However, they still look completely ridiculous when mounted.

Also, the shoes/boots... they actually remind me of the sort of ankle support bracers you put on when you've injured yourself, or have arthritis. Not least of all because the shape of them makes your ankles look swollen. They are hilariously awful even on a skinny character, and I feel that they ruin what is otherwise a really nice dress.

    • Hats
      • Silvenari Felt Bycoket
      • Z’en Vengeance Kiss-Me-Not Cap

I would like the hats more if they didn't replace my character's hair. As it is... not a fan. Oddly, the Silvenari Felt Bycoket completely replaces my character's hair, whereas the Z’en Vengeance Kiss-Me-Not Cap allows hair to stick out.

BEST THING EVER. Will be first purchase.

I love the new DLC Collector's Bundle for Dark Brotherhood, that Wolf and that little Nixad thing are so cool. But the hats... Oh lord the hats. I was expecting turbans, dragon priest masks, headscarves and the like - but I was deeply disappointed by the hats on offer in the Crown Store, they just look silly. Also, hats equipped with the Shrouded Armour costume glitch - the Shrouded Armour hood isn't removed , so the hood and hat stack and the costume causes the hat to change colour. I hope to see some nicer hats in the future.
Shaetha - Little Wood Elf Shaetha was born in Falenesti. Unlike many of her Bosmer peers, the natural talent for archery missed a generation.
J'izul Silent Paws - Stealthy nightblade born in Rawl'kha. When he's not thieving for skooma, he enjoys fishing and cooking.
Kynirah Tyrathem - Dunmer elder of Mournhold, wise in the ways of the Dragon.
Kynreth Tyrathem - Daughter of Kynirah, new to the abilities dragon blood offers. A skilful young alchemist and chef.
Estelia Thalvokina - An Altmer Mage who dreamed of being a healer, before learning her talent for dark destruction magic.
Horatius Colonia - A dashingly good looking Imperial knight, born in Anvil.
Wyress Gwyneth - Born in Skyrim, this young Breton Mage spends her days protecting nature in Valenwood.
Forge-Wife Morag - Betnikh-born Morag showed aptitude for smithing from a young age, and now never leaves her station.

Toxin Doctor Very interesting look. More cyberpunk than anything I was expecting to see in an Elder Scrolls game. I'm not sure I can properly evaluate it because I'm trying to make it fit into established Lore and I can't, quite.

Not cyberpunk, supposed to reminiscent of Plague Doctors. Some wore those beak-like masks because they could stuff the nose full of pleasant aromatics, which they believed protected them from the spread of disease.

here is one ostensibly from the 16th century, Germany

Love the Toxin Doctor costume. By far one of the best on the Crown Store.

I love the ' Priest of the Green' costume and will for sure be buying it,

assuming you remove the clipping from holstered dual-wielding weapons with every single item on the belt....

I mean, it might be wise suggesting to the dev's developing costumes to check to see how they look with weapons equipped as part of the design process.... maybe.... :p
