The post on the website says that the elite vendor will feature the new rewards for the worthy sets, but does that mean it will lose the old sets? This is very disappointing if so as there are a number of sets on the vendor that many people were looking forward to obtaining at max level like Ravager or Blessing of the Potentates.

Some of those old sets are actually very good sets. The other thing is with the elite vendor featuring these sets, what will the weekend vendor have to offer aside from less than optimal monster sets?

Old one wont be scaled up. They said that at pax east. So they would be useless anyway, sadly, i would have had a nice idea for a new char using cyrodiils light ^^

I was really looking forward to max level Blessing of the Potentates again, @ZOS_RichLambert can you guys reconsider scaling up the old sets? There are so many good sets in this game that go to waste because they are low level.

I guess the reason they dont do it is simply because...money.

Suggesting the old sets to be added as v16/160cp sets as new telvar rewards in Imperial City (forcing to buy DLC)
is an option.

I liked my Martial Knowledge set. Was hard to find a replacement. Ended up with Kagrenac's PVP and Julianos PVE. If Martial Knowledge came back as a CP 160 set... tough choice.

If you didn't use the 5 piece bonus of Martial Knowledge and just the 4 piece like most did, Overwhelming 4 piece bonus is that same as Martial 4 piece bonus. Overwhelming is vr16 as well (:

Well, thats just a choice which would help both sides, ZOS (money) and the playerbase.
But yeah, im still pretty sad about the fact that we have almost 200 different sets and maaaybe 50 are used, and (just a guess) about 50% of these sets are obtainable at Max Level.

So many lost oppotunities and possibiities, it just hurts.

Well, thats just a choice which would help both sides, ZOS (money) and the playerbase.

It is. But you have to find a group, then a group that will run the thing till the gear you want drops with the traits you want. Could take hundreds of runs to get the 4 piece.
