Yep, they'll still go up today, but will probably be later this afternoon (don't forget, we're eastern time).

Anyone who has dealt with coders knows they're mysteriously unwilling to provide notes about what they've done... even if it means that no one will ever use, or be able to use, what they put so much hard work into! It's very strange.

That way this one does not have to use Yarnhoo Translate to understand these yes?

Revamped store contents for vendors in Cyrodiil, including Champion 160 gear
The Elite Gear vendor now features the item sets introduced in the Thieves Guild DLC
One time Santie let a human make a forum post.It was weird.
On another note. Santie, how much have you improved since *ehem* the last guild you joined? I imagine there would be quite a prize if someone could somehow "acquire" what Gina has.

The Dark Brotherhood are in town - they have decided that killing doesn't make enough coin and they will instead be forming a metal band. Repeatable quests include finding them gig venues, repairing leather pants and blow drying their hair.

Are the patch notes in a non-forum-friendly format when the PTS patch starts being installed, and it just takes time to convert them for the forums?
Actually yes a few minutes of "patch notes making backyard" would be nice in ESO live :-)
I assume it's not a text formatting issue but rather a wording issue. The notes probably come in dev-geek-speech format and Gina must translate them all into phrases that make sense for the majority of players - to avoid an avalanche of questions and clarification requests ;-)
I believe Gina said they have to check that the changes listed have actually made it into the final build too however I may be wrong. I imagine patch note localisation takes quite a long while too.
I doubt it's anywhere near as simple as it may appear..
They do arrive at Gina in Dev speak most times. Gina also goes through and double checks the changelists to make sure what's in the patch notes is actually in that particular build. It's a huge effort and to be quite honest, I dunno how she manages it all sometimes.
She was madly working on the notes while we were on the plane home from PAX last night. She's a ROCKSTAR!!
