How to Fix the Mess of Elden Root

The other capitol cities are no where near as cluttered and poorly designed as Elden Root. It's beautiful from outside, and a lot of the assets/resources that are put into it are great, but where they're placed is not really sensible. A lot of space is wasted and it doesn't FEEL like an actual city. I just scribbled this to give an idea of how much better the city could be.

9 and 10 are big to me, because these are pretty massive chunks of Elden Root totally stripped away from the bosmeri people and the Dominion even, given fully to the Mage's and Fighter's Guilds. No other city, capitol or not, has this sort of over-encroaching Guild presence, and it's really just entirely unwelcome as a player of bosmeri-focused characters who don't have nearly enough good places to roleplay and hang out.

RP in TESO is suffering, I've been seeing it for a long time and there are a handful of reasons... One big one is the areas we have to RP. People AD-side have gravitated to places like the Vile Manse and Altmer Embassy, multiple guilds having been based in both throughout the years. We -need- a central hub to roleplay in, and there's no reason that shouldn't be the capitol cities, other than the way they are laid out.
