Help me to understand this! White guar pricing

I'll start by saying I own every Senche mount available. So I am not above paying for a mount I like, plus a little extra for a limited version of a mount. I also have 8 other mounts. I enjoy them and don't mind paying extra sometimes.
Today I wanted to purchase the white guar.
Right now I'm the crown store, the lion, bear, and camel all cost the same 1800 crowns. When a limited version appears, it's always the same price of 2500 crowns. This is an increase in 700 crowns. It's ridiculous but at least consistant.
Now every guar in the game is 1300 crowns. This is 500 less than the others. So to increase it by 700 crowns for a special limited version should cost 2000 crowns, not 2500. Basically buying the white guar at 2500 is the same as buying two guar mounts at 2600.
So again, my question is, why is this new mount practically double the cost of other guars, while the others change by 700.
I realize it's likely I get ignored, but seriously, someone needs to address this.

That is the reasoning and the explanation. They can set limited time mounts of any type at 2500 crowns and people will buy it. Sales and marketing wisdom says, "Keep charging 2500 crowns for all limited time mounts." N0TPLAYER2✭✭✭✭✭I understand what you're saying (above) and this is why I mentioned I have bought quite a few mounts including limited edition ones.
The price has stayed consistent. Black and white bear, cheetah and panther, all a 700 crown increase. This is a 1200 crown increase, plus nearly double the cost! It's a 45% price increase!
Had this mount cost 2000 today I would be riding it. But now I won't. Simply because of principal. I would rather buy two mounts for $1 more than one special one. Or just buy none and continue waiting for the white lion, which hopefully stays at 2500 crowns!
I just want to address it and let them know they've lost at least one sale because of it. I know it's irrelevant, but if we just continue to accept the price increase of things, then they will continue to raise them.

You price the content to maximize profits. More people will buy at a lower price and obviously fewer at the higher end. Just need to find that magic combination of purchases vs price.0 -

Again, that's my point! I realize you don't care now but if no one even speaks of it, then future mounts will be more! That's why I made this post. I won't complain and easily drop 2500 each for my leopard, cheetah, and Panther. I'm not one of those players! I just wondered for a few weeks would the guar be 2500, due to its original pricing point. And I'm saddened to see it is.
If the guar cost 1800 to start I wouldn't have made this thread.
To double the cost will indeed make mounts at 1800 become 3500 crowns, an entire $10 jump in price. We have to show them we see the price increase and don't like/accept it.
I would have logged in and bought the guar today, no lie. I want it. But if I buy it I am accepting the price increase. And I won't.
If the dro Senche comes out at 5000 crowns, which many believe it will, I again will not buy out of principal, as much as I may want it.
2500 crowns or $25 is more than enough for a single mount. Let's not increase it now!

I believe the lowered the price from 3000 to 2500 due to customer backlash.. (For future limited mounts)

The only reason I have multiple skins for my horse is they were on sale.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

✭✭✭✭✭Looks like they just set 2500 as a standard price for all limited mounts, whatever their type is. We did have that Frost Mare at 3000 and people were not very happy, and I think they didn't put another limited mount for any price other than 2500 after that (I THINK, but if I am remembering it wrong please feel free to correct me).
I agree that it would be best if there was a set increase for the limited factor that would alter the base price of similar products.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
