Trollplar is fun and anti-meta, but does not perform a group role in this patch because going kags and rezzing is not worth it, sorcs and nb make better scouts, the heal debuffs are prolific now, and sitting on siege all day is boring as eff. Vortexman has a far more successful tank build than I was able to achieve on trollplar, and was able to do adequate damage without it being 5m and niche/counterable.
I do think multiple trollplars stacking together would result in hilarious trollolols when nb come in to try and prox/tether though...0 -

But in general, would it hurt everyone to stack another 5k health? This isn't 1.6 anymore.

To a certain extent it does because you will be bursted down almost the same as without that 5k hp, but your dps won't do enough dmg to do the same to opponents and your 'bomb' has effectively become suicide by standing in enemy prox dets.

Damage needs to go down across the board (sounding like an old record by now), and there needs to be a reason to invest in hp. Mag/stam affect damage, hp should probably affect mitigation (or something along those lines).

Wrong. Blazing shield builds will stack 45-60k hp. Trollplar slots invigorating drain and trolls you with that much HP. Without the troll, there can be no trollplar.0 -

Sounds like you're unhappy with the real estate you bought.
