Just upgrade all the *** pieces you have to legendary. You'll get the drops you need all of the sudden. It's like ZOS built in an extra mechanic to give you the finger after copulating you in the rectum over and over again.

Some at zos can hear you I swear it. I went into vma as turning my useless sorc into a tank got a good build in mind trying to farm permafrost and wanted a devines jack out of the last chest...low and behold it drops an nirnhoned inferno. You really do never get what you want at the time.

Same for these icp set. Wanted a sheer venom helm and all 4 of us land warden helms 2 training and 2 prosperous.
