Unable to purchase crowns " Transaction was not authorized"

I am basically unable to purchase crowns or sub and customer support doesnt seem to be getting back to me.(submitted a ticket well over 2 weeks ago, customer support has not replied for more than a week) I have tried with my friends card as well however, i get the same transaction was not authorized error. At this rate i am not sure if i would still continue to play as i am missing out on so much content.
