HELP PLEASE...I'M STUCK

I'm in the middle of trying to kill King Kurog and for some reason I take no damage and his health bar drops to zero but doesn't die after the first hit. I've tried logging out and repairing the game, but nothing fixes it. I don't know what to do. Sorry if this is the wrong thread.
