They keep saying it's us but multiple people with different isp's and setups all have the problem it can't be our doing that we can't play.
I know, right? I have this issue ontop of being booted to the log in. And Customer Support has given everyone around the run around on both of these issues. It's seriously a joke. I might as well put up an NA Server reward to the person who fixes my issues, because let's face it. ZoS can't do any patch right without breaking other things in the process.

For me it's the European server, but seriously 2 tickets, with no fix or anything. Seriously the worst costumer support I dealt with.
This one:
Players who have an APU as well as a dedicated graphics card, and are experiencing a blank/black screen or a crash after pressing Play can try the following:
Navigate to C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\Live or C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\LiveEU
Open the UserSettings.txt file
Find the lines SET RequestedNumJobThreads and SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads and change their values from "-1" to "0".
They should then look like this:
SET RequestedNumJobThreads "0"
SET RequestedNumWorkerThreads "0"
Save the file.
