Stuttering Issue

I have an I5 3570k and a HD7870XT and am getting anywhere between 30-60 fps while playing. A few hours later I launch the game, it starts stuttering. My FPS doesn't change, my temperatures are normal. Just out of nowhere the game decides it wants to stutter I am also running the game on a Samsung 850 EVO SSD.. Everything on my computer is up to date, from Windows itself to the graphics driver. I can't seem to solve this on my own so I need help.

It's a known problem and they're already working on it. It's not your machine.
It has to do with process threading getting pushed all onto one cpu core. It sorts itself out eventually, but may require logout/login, or complete restart of ESO if it doesn't solve itself within a min or so.
No ETA on when the fix will be released though.1 -
