PLEASE do NOT forget to mention that ZOS did break Crit rush/Stampede. Was perfectly fine before the TG patch and now it is completely broken just like toppling charge.

They (ZOS) really shouldn't be allowed to created another TES titled game.

Idk, I'm generally satisfied, if I wasn't I would stop playing. However, a little more foresight could be implemented for events and dlc's (mostly mean, game virtually unplayable in lowbie zones due to cake-off). Like I really don't see the point of stealing a bunch of useless garbage only to get more useless garbage as a reward lol.

I would have selected "Satisfied with the game, but eager to see further fixes, improvements, and features."

I didn't start playing until the game went B2P and purchased the dlcs when TG came out. I read the forums a fair amount, am aware of most of the complaints, and try to participate in all aspects of the game: solo, group, pvp. I don't agree with every choice zos has made, but I guess I'm pretty patient and forgiving, and I am still optimistic about ESO's future.

    Great Poll Idea!

I, like many of my friends, are completely fed up with ZOS and everything they are doing with the game. I have seen thousands of players quit over the lag in Cyrodiil pvp, or the constant skill and ability changes that Eric Wrobel keeps pulling on us, instead of fixing them he just rewrites the damn book.

The DLC is lackluster, and just more of the same. Nothing in the game even plays like the Elder Scrolls aside from the Lore and Races. In my opinion, it should even have an Elder Scrolls name attached to it.

Oh... and the crown store, always right up in your face every time you log in... pathetic. Not to mention that the prices for some of the crap is absolutely outrageous... good luck with that

Much as I hate to admit it, considering I tend to break out the pompoms for every one of ZoS' ESO announcements, I'm kind of concerned about the path they're taking.

Nit completely dissatisfied but I went from an excited Imperial Edition buyer to someone who logged in less and less. Last time I felt like playing was weeks ago.
I log in every day because hirelings and mail, but at this point I feel like I'm not even playing the game for fun anymore. I'm largely playing it for achievements now, and to get my money's worth (I'm a subscriber, because it's somewhat more economical to subscribe than it is to buy DLCs for both servers).

No problems here, the game has run smoothly for me since the PC launch (EU) and I'm still enjoying the content as a solo/co-operative PvEer with no interest in PvP.

This is where my mixed feelings come from. With the exception of the Thieves Guild base game patch on consoles (messed up performance in both PvE and PvP), PvE has been great yet PvP is full of issues.

They need to change the staff or something. Games been out for how long and there are only 4 12 main trials which pretty much drop useless gear. Hell 3 of them drop vr 12 and 14 stuff. Not to mention the dlc direction is terrible. Honestly ledgerman should never have been a skill line. Thieves guild should have been in the game from the beginning and its skill line used instead. I mean seriously if youve defeated a daedric prince you dont khow where the amulet is now, WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU BE WORRIED ABOUT PICKPOCKETING AND PICKING LOCKS AND STEALING? Gtfoh with that mess and stop killing your game zos and deliver some content worth spending time playing.

It's just a growing cash-grab above all else- the game is getting more and more pay-to-win with the overpriced crown store. The thieves' guild update really made that clear.

It's good that there are at least SOME valuable content updates, but they're few and far between.

And yet there isn't a single item in the crown store that is necessary, especially for anyone who wishes the game had remained a subscription-based one because for them it can be just that and they get the DLCs included.

I enjoy the game for the most part. Having a great community to be involved in helps with the longevity. There are some game mechanics that frustrate me (pvp specifically). But I does not hinder me in playing and enjoying the game.

For me the game has gotten better and better and I have loved it from the beginning. I would love to see some performance improvements in PVE and PVP as the unexpected load screens and the obvious issues in Cyrodil are annoying. Yet, I remain in love.

I still enjoy the game, and PVP somewhat... but I feel like, as a PVPer, there's really no love or care to fix the issues in Cyrodiil or the combat problems which plague the game. I still see some of the same people who openly exploited running around, and it makes me question ZOS' priorities when people who have openly broadcast in /zone about exploiting are still there. Reporting players seems to go nowhere.

I kind of cringe when told we have to wait for the next "major update" to get a skill fixed... only to find out it's not fixed, but in fact worse. Why can't we have a large patch in-between to deal with serious issues? Being told to wait 3-6 months is frustrating as can be.

That said, on the PVE side, things are pretty great. We still need more content, and for ZOS to fix the end game content (the fact Trials still do not scale to VR16 is frustrating). But I think overall the game is in a much better place than it was before.

I don't play as much as I used to because there's still a drastic lack of end game content, and that's the one area the game hasn't improved. But I feel it IS improving, just... slowly.

    Hi ^^

Thank you for your feedbacks. I can already synthesize your opinions about the ESOTU evolution.

I will continue to read your comments, I find it always interesting. It's true that the game has a lot of problems. It remains only ZOS to react against these discontents to "straighten the curve".

I often read that those who come to the forum are there just to grumble. But it's wrong.
In general, because there are cases apart ^^, there are those who are very interested to the game who come to support the forum because they are passionate.

I would have liked to have a little more details about the positive evolution of TESO, by those who are completely satisfied. It would have been nice and interesting ^^.

Thank you all again ! You can still vote and give your avise about the ESOTU evolution. ;) See ya !

It depends a lot on how you play, if you run into major issues or not. Solo PvE is to the most part nice and there are no real game breaking issues and if there are, ZOS is ironing them out to the most part. For those loving group content or PvP or both it is a totally different experience, and that is basically the problem and why there are so different opinions about the state of the game. I play mainly PvE content and solo those, so to me there are some issues with the 64-bit client but otherwise the game is fine. But I can understand that it is very frustrating for those loving PvP and group content and that crashes and lag make the game for them nearly unplayable, at least in an enjoyable way. This stuff has to be addressed.

honestly i dont understand why so many people think that if game remain p2p it will be better. its not money issue its stuff issue.

cash shop is not p2w so it can supplement p2p model as well

pvp degrading is about developers and their priorities. i can easy imagine being like this on p2p model too

number of bugs probably being the same or only a slightly lower

It will anyway become p2p again voluntarily with the new crafting bags and possibly other features ZOS will add to the ESO+ membership in future. We still have the choice, but with such advantages for ESO+, anyone who likes crafting will go for ESO+ membership and with more DLCs being available in the future, ESO+ will make more and more sense. So in the end it will be like p2p for most. But requires that the game is fun to play, which does not seem to be the case in the PvP sector and in PvE group content. The frustration there is driving people away and that is really sad. ZOS has to address these issue soon.

Edit: well, actually after reading some threads where ZOS commented on audio issues, I see where the problem is for ZOS. They actually want to fix this stuff, but they have a really hard time to reproduce the issues and if they cannot reproduce them, they have to guess, what might or might not help, and that is really hard to do and basically luck based. At least as 64-bit client issues go, it can be seen, that they want to fix that stuff. That little bit of more transparency about what they are doing and what their problem is, made me understand, that it is not that easy as it seems to fix stuff. But once ZOS stated, that they cannot reproduce it in the audio thread, players stepped in and made short videos to show when and how it is happening to help ZOS find the issue. A bit more transparency about the fixing process and there was a synergy effect developers+players.

Send the QA people out to small towns in the US to play on 4 year old laptops from a motel on the live server rather than using high end machines on internal ZOS servers. Or better yet, create a program players can voluntarily install on their own computers to monitor issues and record game data (more than what is possible now, including how local system resources are being affected). Give the players a cash reward for this or a giant heap of crowns.
