I like the fact that ESO is a bit more realistic than let's say Tera or Black Desert, but it's a FANTASY world, and to have female character with pleasant outfit is part of the fun aswell!
I've no idea if this whole thing is done due to censorship or buisness manipulation (force us to get Costume in the crown store) but no matter the reason, in both case, it's ugly!

I recommend the whisperweft gala costume or the sand kissed salwar. Both are extremely sexy in a totally pervy dancer/hooker girl kind of way. Yes they arent armour... but they should satisfy your needs

Thats another issue that bothers me, bad early access choices, horrible skin tone & tattoo, cant wear the more revealing stuff P:

Just a reminder..
I could never get on board with realistic armor if the weapons are going to be completely lacking in practicality. Staves being magic are one thing, but most of the swords, daggers, axes and bows would have terrible function in combat. They're too heavy, oddly balanced and/or shaped, too thick, too long, and so on. From a fantasy aspect they are fine, but once injected with dose of realism they're completely impractical.
Seriously... I mean if the naysayers are so gung-hu on realism, they should be up in arms about the weapons.
just look at these terribly balanced paddles
carried on the back no less. thats a horrible place to carry a sword longer than your elbow to fingertip (which by itself isnt a great idea) let alone a greatsword.

Yep. I'm still upset

What's the armour in the third pic?

2) It's fine. This is a fantasy game set in a High Fantasy atmosphere. Armor, Weapons, none of it has to reflect modern physics or actually cover much of anything. When playing a game such as this, suspension of belief is quite necessary.
3) We're running around as Elves and Orcs, the armor doesn't have to be anywhere close to similar to "real life" armor was, nor does it have to realistically cover the soft bits (on either sex) in order to afford the same amount of protection.

This.
As long as we actually have FEMALE MODELS I'm fine either way.
I like how the old armor looks on my girls but having some more realistic option isn't bad.
