This depends on what kind of player you are and whether you're apt to get bored if you're over-leveled for content. The quickest way to level IMO is grinding... but realize that during the anniversary week, many grinding spots will be flooded with players- so if you can, group with them.
However, keep in mind that grinding will quickly make you over-leveled for quest locations... which means that going back and doing quests after grind-leveling means gaining NO XP for enemy kills, you'll only be gaining XP when you turn in quests. For me, I don't have a problem with being over-leveled for content, so I typically grind mobs to level then go back and finish the quests. With my new main, I was VR3 before I started quests in the first zone... granted, I did complete the 'starter' AD zone- Khenarthi's Roost... but then immediately went grinding after that. Needless to say I'm now almost VR8 and just started Cadwell's Silver yesterday. I fully expect to reach VR16 before the end of the week thanks to the anniversary week XP boost... and taking a day's vacation just to play more.
Probably the only thing they are good at would be Maelstrom but that's because of the shields and overload. And stop basing this because of how much damage you can withstand, VMA really has nothing to do with it. The top players are probably people who are never going to give strategies out and Overload is a pretty nice ultimate and works very well for VMA but hes asking for PvE and PvP.Sorcerers kinda suck for PvE honestly.
Nightblade is the most rounded and versatile class, you can switch between pve and pvp easily, do good damage in both.
Say what now? Sorcerers kinda suck for PVE, eh? So Nightblades are superior to sorcerers via your opinion, eh? Lol. Let me know when Nightblades catch up to sorcerers in VMA completion. Or! Better yet! Let me know when Nightblades can withstand as much damage as a sorcerer. M'kay?
Where are you people getting this information from? Sorcerers have very weak AoE due to class passives, there are no skills you can really use for single target if you want to get good DPSYurtTheSilentChief wrote: »

The rotations are very bland requiring you to use Crushing Shock / Force Pulse, the class has no DoTs and rely heavily on overload being at 1000 Ultimate which means your other fights are lacking in DPS as you save ultimate.
This is for PvE dont get me wrong the class has amazing burst for PvP but to say it's the strongest class in PvE I have to disagree with you because of the weak damage it puts out if you're not relying on your Overload.
Nightblades are well rounded and can switch between PvE and PvP quite easily, you have strong AoE, a lot of set ups to do and in PvP you can destroy zergs with cheese builds.
Nightblades are clearly the flavor of the patch class.
