Can't Login to Game?

So first I'm going to make it clear that I have not bought the game yet. I technically have a beta account but I checked earlier today and it says I have an active account "trial". That implies that I am able to login yes? So I open the game and put in my info (which I just put in on the website not 5 minutes before) and it says it's incorrect. I double check, triple check, and quadruple check, nothing. What's up with it and how do I fix it?

There is no trial mate simple as that, thats why you cant play.

Then what in the world does it say active-trial for in that picture? That looks a lot like trial to me. And besides, wouldn't it say something different than "incorrect login information"?

Dont know why it says that, dont know why you get that information - but the fact is there is no trial. There was open weekend. Some months ago.

Then the account info is very misleading, not nice of them.

Oh mate... This game has so many problems, that minior ones are simply under radar.

The trial status is on your account to indicate that you have an account that was once associated to a trial-session of ESOTU. From the image it looks like you have a Beta game meaning you've been applicable (or played) Beta with us previously. We apologize if this status is misleading.

It being active means that your tag as a Beta user is active. This will entitle you to your beta bonus should you purchase the game and play.

A full version of the game will have the box showing with "Imperial Edition" or whichever game purchase you have made.

We do not have any trials planned at this time, however for trials like [Welcome Back Weekend] and other access periods we typically email all previous players and make an announcement on our social channels. That's usually the best way to find out.
