[BUG]Weird BUG

Game is getting stuck(Only video) but I can hear the audio (walking ,activating skills,...) after 3-5mins in game.

I was inviting members from the Zone for defeating the world boss in Hew's Bane, I invited a guy and I received an error that he is already in a group and can't invite him ,he said he was not in any group , so invited again and got the same error , after that my game got stuck(only video,audio was working) for every3-5mins

I even repaired the game , still getting this bug

What happens if HE tries to invite YOU instead? I had a similar thing a while back, and it only worked "from the other side" then.

I dint try that , When I got crashed , another member was made leader and the leader invited him , and he too got the same bug.
Now my major issue is my game is getting freezed(only video) constantly for every 3-5mins and I am closing it through Ctrl+Alt+Delete or Alt+F4

Since I cant download 40+Gb again , I already copied my Steam folder
Deleted the steam folder and copy,pasted it again(from my external HDD to PC)
I ran the game and again getting the same bug

First time when this happened before few hours , the game asked for bug submission and I submitted it , so Devs please look into it and provide me a solution soon

I just saw another thread where people state that there are some issues with the login/connection on the EU server. Maybe (and I hope so), it works for you soon, when they fix this

try posting it in PC technical Support section http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/categories/pc-technical-support instead of general there might be a post there if others have the same problem

edit: if your video freezing it might be your video card. check to see if you have the latest update

Have you put in a support ticket? That would really be the best way to help you get it resolved. Send in a support ticket via the website and there is also a section to attach your game consultant report with it.

If a computer emails you back - even if it says the ticket has been closed - REPLY to that email and you will get some help.
