The doom and gloom continues to spread. I was highly optimistic about PvP in Cyrodil and have been a loyal customer of ESO, but that optimism is being slowly eroded and now I am setiously thinking about quiting this game.

Just dont play until it's sorted out, it's not like you will fall behind.. If you do it won't take much more then half a week to catch up anyways.

I imagine it being fairly cheap, 10,000 crowns at least.

i would pay 10000 crowns for that
What really bugs me is that ZOS staff such as @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_BrianWheeler won't even acknowledge major issues and apologize for inconveniencing us by introducing them.
There is no ownership of the issues, no accountability and no respect shown to us as customers.
Widespread bugs such as the 50% FPS drop bug (since 2.2) and the sound cutout bug (since 2.3) need to be treated as high priority.
Anyone angry with how we've been treated by ZOS needs to hold Zenimax accountable. Don't give them another cent. For any product. Zenimax deserves the same kind of bad press EA gets.
For me and most of people in my guild, performances got only better, latency and fps wise. Don't talk like it is the same thing for everybody. It is not. Plenty of people admitted that they get better performances with this new DLC. If you are still getting major fps drops (under 10fps) or latency issues (above 1k ms), it is definitely not on their end.
Yes the sound bug is annoying, yes getting rooted as I spam my leap is annoying. But this is a detail compared to the overall mechanics holding this game together. There could be so much worse than that.. like meteor spam lag, permabats dk vamps, caltrops giving siege immunity or falling through the world 50% of the time when you get feared.
I'm curious how many of you guys who complain 20times a day in these forums have been forum warriors back in Vanilla Wow.. and if you have any clue of what kind of ressources it takes to make a strong mmo rolling.
You think that BDO and CU are going to be better? You make me laugh. Go play your other games for now. I understand, not everybody is patient enough to wait for a better game. But once they finally fix performances and balance, you will all be back in TESO because BDO and CU don't have the budget, the fans, the reputation and the ressources to make their game as promising as this one. Not even close.

Maybe if people would stop being so negative, pessimist, arrogant and selfish and more grateful for what ZOS actually made better, they would be more willing to communicate. I try to wear their shoes and I wouldn't be interested either to talk with 90% of the player base talking in these forums.
People complaining act like ZOS is a major failure and and do nothing good. They give no credits to them, never. It is really frustrating, even for me, as a customer, to read such rembling, everyday of the week. Especially when people who make efforts to bring constructive points gets all mixed up with a bunch of useless and incoherent posts.

Customers should not be "grateful" when service providers are able to competently deliver services sold. That is the bare minimum we should expect. We should definitely not be grateful for the poor product ZOS has consistently delivered to us.
The frustration towards ZOS here is completely justified. If it is true they are not responsive to us because of our frustration, that would be incredibly unprofessional. If you can't handle irate customers and take ownership when you eff up, you should not be in business.
In any case, my opinion on these subject differs greatly from yours. IMO, 2.2 and 2.3 have introduced more issues than they have solved.
I expect major bugs such as the terrain LOD issue and the 50% FPS drop bug introduced in 2.2 to be prioritized. I am not grateful I've had to deal with these bugs for more than 5 months. I am not grateful for half-assed band-aid solutions. I am not grateful that ZOS thinks it is okay to wait months for a major release to *perhaps* fix bugs unethical players fearlessly exploit for advantages on the battlefield.
I could go on for hours about the things I am ungrateful for.
I am giving credit where it is due. I give credit to ZOS for failing to maintain Cyrodiil at a basic technical level. That's the best I can do. IMO, as a company, ZOS is not even trying.
I would give positive credit to ZOS if this happened:
"We understand everyone is eagerly awaiting the Thieves Guild DLC, but unfortunately, despite our best effort, its level of quality doesn't yet meet our standards and it would be contrary to our commitment of providing the best possible experience for our customers if we were to release it now."
Instead, a decision maker at ZOS decided it was okay to inconvenience its customers with major bugs that were well-documented while 2.3 was in PTS.
If we don't hold ZOS accountable, why might it ever change?

So what you're saying boils down to, "it's hard to make the game work so don't complain about it or expect timely fixes," followed by, "they will fix performance and balance."I'm curious how many of you guys who complain 20times a day in these forums have been forum warriors back in Vanilla Wow.. and if you have any clue of what kind of ressources it takes to make a strong mmo rolling.
