Go to History, clear browsing data and make sure you have following checked.- Clear cookies and other site and plugin data
- Cached images and files
- Hosted app data
Then click clear browsing data.
Close and restart Chrome.

✭I was looking at the alliance war page and noticed how the video stopped playing a little way in and saw everyone frozen in motion and thought...wow ZOS...you even captured the lag.
Sorry couldn't resist the dig. Anyway...agreed ....well done. Work of art there.
Problems....its absolutely sucking my bandwidth like a vampire.
Not sure if the videos aren't being cached between page jumps or something.
Perhaps for us low bandwidth guys/gals you could have static images on all pages and only "active video" on the active page (once background loading has finished) ?
Just a suggestion anyway.

I found out the cause and you may want to point this out to your webby folks: I use Ghostery plugin to block spyware and ad tracker cookies. The offending one is Adobe Typekit - it's cookie is known to follow your browsing all over the internet and then sell on the data to k=marketing companies, hence why I block it. It's a ug in your new site, though I'm not sure how big a fix it is!
It was a friend who found the bug!
