I didn't vote because the options are extremely biased. Yes the server performance has impacted me negatively but no I'm not leaving or planning on leaving. ZoS messed up big time by removing two campaigns and forcing us all into the two remaining ones, pushing queue times and increasing lag all in one bold move.

Nothing will change if you get another campaign on US-servers.

On EU only Lagblade is max populated all the time but campaigns like Ebonyblade and Spellbreaker which are not locked 24/7 are lagging as well if 20 players clash on another 20...

Game engine is broken, easy as that. Too many new mechanics implemented since 1.5, which were not tested out thoroughly enough.

Those who know Telel know they are not one to become droopy whiskered over hiccups and smallthings. But the last two weeks have been most, displeasing to their palate.

Thus they are considering a break once certain other things come around.

That in itself is not unusual though as one can not eat moon sugar all day without also dining on freshly gutted elf but this metaphor will end up being an all dead elf buffet if this continues for much longer.

Very bad poll. Yes, the server issues affect everyone. But, I have no interest in in leaving. I am an Elder Scrolls fan before all else. If ZOS were to remove PVP completely, I would still be here.

Its great for you that you would be happy for ZOS to remove pvp, but for those who enjoy pvp I don't think removing pvp is quite the answer they are looking for.

I haven't had fun or been excited for pvp in eso for a couple months now. So many idiots in this game who will whine about lag and yet still play like re.tards in massive groups. Seriously, the biggest problem is not lag, it's that eso players don't want to make an effort and try to lower it themselves. They keep excpecting zos to fix it for them, and please, we know how useful they've been..

Dropped my sub and I'm seriously thinking about quitting entirely. Already playing less than 2 hours a week atm..

Its human nature to gather in huge armies for mutual protection and power, you cant prevent that, indeed big running battles is a lot of fun (zerg balls is another matter) This is what was offered when ESO was originally advertised - huge battles. Lag is a design failure not player failure, their engine cannot cope with the type of game it offers.

I canceled my subscription after TG release. I´m no longer willing to pay for unfinished content, lags and crashes included. My main interest is pvp, and server performance kills the fun. I hope CU will be released soon...

I did stop my subscription. PVP is endgame after PVE becomes boring and not challenging anymore. And performance in PVP when it gets to the scale it has been designed to - is awful. The whole idea should be redesigned to fix the problem, or more computing power should be thrown at it to get rid of bottlenecks.

The problem with ZOS is that the people working there do too many jobs at the same time, it is the management that is responsible for understanding the capacity of their team. Clearly they haven't got a clue...

"2015 was super, super successful to us, the game is doing very well. People cannot automatically avoid each other when the server resources max out (dynamically adjusting to server resources using a sixth sense?) If people avoid groups then they avoid large scale combat, which is why they are playing in the first place, and so you end up with empty servers - servers shut down, game over eventually.

As a followup to the this thread.

So this weekend I had an unfortunate incident with my main internet connection (something wrong with the router, need my ISP to fix something at the office, probably just backend technical stuff). So my main 100Mbps connection is down.

So I am using hotspot wifi 10Mbps connection tonight, and this game... lol. If youre running anything under 25Mbps.... just lol. The data rate alone will choke you out like nobody's business.

How does this game generate that much network traffic? No other game I played this weekend, nor any other activity I involved myself in online (watching youtube vids, downloading some things, etc) bottlenecked out my meager bandwidth, past a slower than usual connection.

But this game wouldnt even function. Especially sitting at the gates in haderus. How the hell was I downloading over 1 Megabyte per second of data from this game, sitting idle at a wayshrine? What the actual hell? I had a little more luck in Deshaan and Rawlka, but even there, consistently half that, which is still a LOT, half of my bandwidth on this wifi backup connection.

they need to use the data capabilities to look at only durations of pvp population lock over the last few months especially on true flame. then they will see its more than a 1 fps drop rate LOL
