Things the TG patch got right.
This is admittedly a short list as I haven't tested the new Templar changes, and haven't even played the new area yet. However, here are my personal impressions so far playing my Bosmer archer of things that ZOS got right this time around:
- Mighty CP passive now applying to Physical AND Poison AND disease damage! This is rather huge for archers. Before you had to split half your abilities gaining from Mighty and half from Thaumaturge for the Poison morphs and DOT's. Now you can go all into Mighty and buff everything, then "double dip" into Thaumaturge to even further buff the DOT components. A much needed change putting bow closer to par with other stamina weapons.
- The new dungeon finder. This is how it should have been all along! Full cross-faction, scaling, and teleport functionality. Very well done, ZOS.
- Troves. I still think the spawn rate/locations may be a tad low post-correction, however they are a lot of fun, especially the bounty-clearing items you can get from them.
- The 64bit client. I know it isn't completely finalized for PC, but just the fact they are working on it is a good thing, so props for that.
