I also noticed this, before Thieves Guild it did not take you out of stealth, it does now. Is it supposed to? more nerfs

No no, I'm not using any bow and Vigor does not pop me out of stealth. Molten Armaments pops me out of stealth regardless of the weapon I use.

Because now affects all your party. I think is something they have coded ingame, anything that can affect anyone else than you puts you out of stealth: rapid regen (can heal other people), volatile armor (aoe dmg), lighting form (aoe dmg) and now molten weapons (group buf)...

I thought so too at first, but Vigor still does not take you out of stealth, and that's not just a buff, that's a heal. As far as I know, all damage abilities are supposed to take you out of stealth, and most healing abilities as well. Molten Armaments is neither.

Oh man, the nerf hammer is so real right now. I didn't want to believe it but from PTS to live it's all been true. I mean, the duration increase is nice for PvE, but taking away the heavy attack execute component completely destroyed the unique thing I was contributing to my PvP team. Now whenever there's an unkillable tank that the Nightblade can't execute they just call in a Templar to execute them instantly and from 28 meters away. Never mind silly DK who needs to charge up his finisher for a second and a half, and has to be in melee range, no less. In fact, let's just take away that thing altogether. My lamentations are endless on this point.
