Why is it that half of the abilities in the game are able to be activated whilst in hidden and others cannot?
The problem with this is that Stamina based classes are able to buff themselves up in stealth whereas Magicka classes cannot. Although this isn't a Stamina vs Magicka issue, it's just why not make all abilities be castable in hidden or make all abilities not castable in hidden?
