So I finished the Hero of Wrothgar achievement and never got the bear skins costumes, as well as when i finished the thieves guild quest line i never recieved my assistant. Its there something im missing to get them?

Carraig✭✭✭After you finish the Hero of Wrothgar achievement, there is one item left to collect that "only a true hero of Wrothgar can obtain", according to a letter in the museum.
For me the end of the TG quest line wasn't entirely clear. You might want to check the achievements list of this DLC.
