Agreed, Gina is fantastic. She definitely seems like somebody who does everything she can to move the game in a direction the community wants, and I feel like she has a better pulse on what players want or don't want than anybody else working in development. Its a bit unfortunate, though, because it seems that sometimes she has to tell us things she knows we won't like or don't want, or is just complete BS, but has to say it because it is part of her job. Just watch her facial expressions/body language when she is talking about things the players aren't going to be happy with on ESO Live, and it looks like she regrets that she has to be the one who breaks the news. (Just recalling when Wrobel briefly mentioned the idea of AP caps, and how she was very quick to point out how much the community hated that idea).

It's easy to fix - shut down the servers - no lag anymore.

@ZOS_GinaBruno does a wonderful job of keeping all of us Forum Dwellers under control, especially when we are at our worst. I for one don't envy her that task, but she does a great job of it!

While I'd hate to loose the "Natch Potes" memes and her calming influence when our ESO servers are acting up, I'd vote for a promotion in her future.

But if nothing else..she deserves a raise!

No offence to either Gina or Jessica but I wouldn't want community reps to be lead developers.

They're great at communication and updates, doesn't mean they're going to understand what's best for the game.
