Beta Player Returning...or not? Help please.

With a new computer and someone to play with, I finally am able to download and play ESO. However the account I created in Beta is not letting me log in for anything. I tried a Password Reset and filing a ticket, but I simply got a form response with the standard ways to reset passwords. I don't know if the account, which is completely available on the website, is not considered viable to play the game.
