I have a new Gmail account I'm wanting to put on my in-game account and I sent in a ticket (dont remember what the number was) but its taken all day just for a response to get sent to me. Why the hell does Zenimax not have an actual phone support team to help with any of this? I swear this is the most in-experienced company ever. I even made a new account with another one of my emails but I have to re-purchase the game? Can I PLEASE get assistance from someone who knows what they're doing and won't direct me to an operator who hasn't had a damn clue as to what I'm asking her??
