Sentinel Guilds?

I'm curious to know if there are any RP guilds with bases in Sentinel.

If your guild is in Sentinel, how do you deal with the phasing issue in places like the docks? Do you require members quest through Sentinel first, or do you just avoid those spots?

It's just assumed that everyone has finished Sentinel at this point.
