I would actually like it if the game brought back the Elder Scrolls feel... ( I will not call it a hybrid because it's only a hybrid for the current state of the game ) in truth Elder Scrolls has always had a character put points into multiple attribute pools.
Therefor I am suggesting:
Bringing something similar to that back, so as a DK you will have almost an equal amount of stam & magicka, it will also not lessen your total damage output ( because they can halve what the stam & mag cap is right now and put it as long as you have say ... 30 of an attribute you are at "cap" ( they should not lower the current damage cap though ) this will then allow a lot more balance actually because everyone and anyone can be both stam and mag and it will allow a lot more build freedom.

Bring warriors in eso. I dont want to play a mage or a Nightblade or a tank. Fix dual wield. Add another weapon. Lance polearms.
NO MORE MAGIC.No more counter strike.
