Hello i want to verify i understand these correctly. I solo a lot so i want to verify that both of these do include the heals you do on yourself not just the heals you do to other people and the heals others do to you? For instance, if i am doing VMA will my self heals be boosted by bother of these or only lets say Quick Recovery? Thank you
