Quick Noob Question re. Solvents

If I max alchemy to 50 but invest zero points, will I be able to find V15 water/solvents in Wrothgar?

Sneakyfool✭✭✭No, it will loot natural water since the type you loot is directly linked to the skill points you've invested. For V15 water you would need maximum skill points in Solvent Proficiency.1

✭You can loot Lorkhans Tears in Hews Bane or Imperial City/Sewers, Wrothgar requires skillpoints and is the slowest place for farming that solvent.1 -

The easiest way is just to park a mule or your char in Sewer base, and just relog to farm that place. Pick everything from backpacks, wardropes, tables, nightstands, pots etc. and bottles laying around. Leave the crates and barrels be, they don't provide Lorkhans Tears.Sunburnt_Penguin wrote: »

SlappyThePoptart✭✭✭The merchant in the DC sewers base has alchemy bottles on a shelf behind him that are free to take. I don't think i have ever NOT gotten a Lorkhan's tear by taking them. Pretty easy to accumulate when you add that into your rotation of banking/decon/selling crap/repair. As for the other factions, i don't know what they have to pilfer in their base.For the Aldmeri Pact of Daggerfall!0 -

Ebonheart Pact and Aldmeri Dominion bases both have bottles + furniture and backpacks you can loot for tears. The Dominion base is just easier, because it is a bit smaller than the EP one, and you have to do less running around. EP is annoying because it's like a labyrinth lol Tbh. having rapid maneuvre really pays off, just spam that skill and loot everything fast, relog then cast it again and loot everything fast. Each relog gives between 9-23 tears among recipes and motifs.0
