Near the end of the quest, where the two sisters are reunited in the spider infested ruins and you are requested to converse with them both, the woman that is not Adeena (sorry forgot her name) does not appear for you to talk to. Zoning out and back into the cave fixes the problem, so it is not exactly a game breaking issue
There were two other players at the location at the same time as me, one of them had encountered the same problem, the other was standing around looking bewildered.
