not everything can be fixed with serverupgrades. pvp and thx to AOE-caps everybody bulking up as much as possible are the Jack and Eldriges of ESO...

Im 110% sure they can make fixes to improve there game and to make ping and fps not spike higher than a stoner, if they cant do that, they should never of made a game period0
