Can't "revive here" - game-breaking bug

OK, now I REALLY need help, @ZOS_GinaBruno !
It started after first hotfix 7 March. Problem is simple - I can't use "Revive HERE", just "revive at wayshrine". Pressing E does nothing. Just nothing happens. And because of this bug it's pretty hard to play in group - everyone have to wait for me, and Thieves Guilds quests are closed for me - if guard kills me I canэt continue from there and have to start all over again. And it's happens everywhere - in Cyro, in the dungeons, in differents locations.
Already send a ticket about it and haven't get any answer at all.

Same for me !! I thought it was the passive but I resetted my skills and it's not that. I hope people will see that message before resetting and wasting gold:S

Yeah I just did the whole thing as well. Reset my skills to remove soul summons thinking that could be it. Its not btw. It only affects one of my characters from what I can see.

I've tried: delete all addons, restore game client, reloging, rebooting - with no results.

I have the same problem! I can either use "revive at wayshrine" or get ressed by others, but I just can't press "E" to revive in place or even click it in cursor mode. This NEEDS to be fixed NOW.

Support asks me about soul gems, so I'll answer here, too, I have A LOT of soul gems for my level, and I never bought any soul gems from Crown Store.

Same issue , and that has nothing to do with soul gems , key ''E'' simply does not ''register''.

I've just confirmed I can't res outside instances either, as I died fighting one of the world bosses in Hew's Bane and had to res at the wayshrine.

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom @ZOS_GinaBruno please confirm that this is being looked into as it's extremely frustrating and possibly game-breaking - yesterday in Maw of Lorkhaj I had to be ressed by others every time, and sometimes that would initiate a boss fight.

I have been talking with some people from the support team and it is being looked into. They say they will get back to me with an update in the next day or two.

We're actively looking into this, everyone. For those of you impacted, do you remember doing anything specific (an action, a quest, etc.) right before this started happening, or did you simply log in after the Thieves Guild update and immediately could not use the "Revive Here" option?

This only started up after the hotfix patch to address crashing. Before that I could rez whenever I needed to on my own, but even with 2k+ soul gems in my inventory I found myself unable to self res the past few days. I haven't done anything out of the normal, done vMA (was fine), did a few LFG dungeons (was fine), completed the TG questline (fine here too), and did normal MoL quite a few times (I noticed it specifically here, but I don't want to say it started here since I'm not 100% sure). Hopefully that activity log offers a trail that you can backtrack.

32bit so far, was meaning to test out on 64bit which I will do now.

Edit: No difference on 64bit client.

I'm using the 64-bit client. Unfortunately I can't pinpoint when I stopped being able to res.

32bit, and for me it started after hotfix, too. 7 March everything was allright, and day after - boom! Can't revive

A few of you have mentioned that this seemed to have started after the FPS hotfix on March 8th. Is that correct? Or was it after the crash hotfix on March 9th?

It definitely wasn't working on March 8th. I had the issue at that time in normal MOL after the FPS hotfix for sure - before the hotfix, I cannot say. I remember guildies making fun of me about how I was trying to save soul gems and I was using 32-bit client. It's not working on 64 either.

This problem persists through both the 32 bit and 64 bit client for me personally.

It started after first FPS hotfix for me, 8 March.

I have the same issue, it first appeared when I died in vWGT last night. This was and is pretty annoying. I went ahead and tested on multiple characters and instances and I am unable to res.

I think the problem you are seeing here is that your character is not vet level, your soul gems re not vet level (grand). When you go into the battle leveled area that makes you a "vet" then your other soul gems wont work. I have a level 22 that I ran to wroth and cant rez with a lesser soul gem there but can in my normal zones. Solution would be to battle level the soul gems also.

I am v16 and have the appropriate soul gems. I am experiencing the same issue.

Seems TESO become semi-HARDCORE - revive only at shrines, and zero out of combat regen =D

I think the problem you are seeing here is that your character is not vet level, your soul gems re not vet level (grand).

I've already post here that I have a lot of soul gems for my level (I'm 16 VR), HUNDREDS of them. So no, you're wrong. If you look at the screen shot you'll see that there is no soul gems allert in it.

It does not happen on all my characters. Just the one I wanted to level the most, so that's wonderful. Would like to see a fix asap so I can continue leveling that char

Interesting thins - this bug is actually character related. I've just log into the game from another PC and here we go, can't revive.
My PC: Win10 64bit, 32bit client.
This PC: Win8 64bit, 64bit client.

It IS character related. My main character is bugged, the others aren't AFAIK. By the way, my affected character is my main, is VR16 and has most quests/achievements completed (including TG).

Its for 100% sure server side broken, some thing that blocking us from revive.
