Looting issue

Hi
I have an annoying bug persisting on all my characters since last month is that i kill a npc or enemy , he lights up yellow to loot but i don't get any interaction to actually loot . So there's no X button showing up to interact with >
I have the same issue on some chests two .
I've adressed it multiple times with the in game help mail or bug report.
loging out and back in helps to solve the issue but then the lootablebody or chest has gone by that time for half the time
Could you adress this annoying issue please ?
I don't know if anybody else has had the same issue ?
